JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish (Conversational Level)
✅Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
✅Open to High School, College graduate, undergraduate, or vocational courses
✅No experience needed
✅Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
✅Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English
✅Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner and efficiently responding to customer inquiries
✅Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding with Electric vehicles (EVs)
✅Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
✅Perform other related tasks needed
