JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English
✅Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner and effeciently responding to customer inquries
✅Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding with Electric vehicles (EVs)
✅Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
✅Perform other related tasks needed
