Work Schedule: Nightshift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino can speak, read, and write Italian language
➤Open to Foreign National proficient in Italian language
➤ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
➤ Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤Computer and internet savvy
➤ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤Amenable to work Nightshift in Alabang, Muntinlupa
➤Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responsible for attending inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
➤ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
➤ Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
➤ Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets
➤ Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant department
