JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Fluent in both Italian and English
➤ Preferably Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
➤ Open for Undergrad, Vocational or High School Graduate
➤ At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
➤ Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
➤ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
➤ Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Answering and responding to inquiries, calls, emails, and chat messages from customers and clients
➤ Diagnosing technological issues
➤ Making recommendations on how to improve an organization's computer systems
➤ Setting up accounts and providing access to computer systems
➤ Testing various components of a system to ensure they're functional
