At The Ortus Club, our Marketing Generalists are hands-on contributors to every stage of campaign development—from ideation to execution. You'll work alongside a global team to drive brand visibility, support event marketing, and create content that connects with executive audiences across sectors and geographies.
This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys switching between creative and analytical work.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and content channels
- Write and edit copy for social media, blogs, and landing pages
- Manage social media platforms and community engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics
- Support lead generation, nurturing, and CRM management
- Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy
- Help out in other aspects of the marketing team as needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or agency settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience managing digital campaigns and content calendars
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, CRM platforms, and social schedulers
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Comfortable working independently and across teams in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for connecting with audiences and delivering value through marketing
