SVP for Operations - EXPAT - Metro Manila
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SVP for Operations to lead and oversee key functional areas of our organization. This role will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and cross-departmental alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the operational management of the Account Management, Compliance, and Market Analysis teams.
Provide strategic support to department heads and help steer company-wide operational and management functions.
Ensure all teams operate within a framework of compliance, risk mitigation, and process optimization.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience, with a strong track record in overseeing business operations and cross-functional leadership.
Deep familiarity with compliance requirements, risk management processes, and industry-standard operational practices.
Proven leadership in driving organizational performance and scalable operations.
Other Details:
Open to international applicants willing to relocate to the Philippines.

1. Senior Leadership in BPO / Contact Center Operations
Proven experience managing multi-site operations in a BPO or contact center environment, with responsibility for performance metrics, service delivery, and P&L.
2. Strategic and Financial Management
Strong understanding of operational KPIs, payroll margins, and business profitability; ability to drive strategic improvements across departments.
3. Team Leadership and Development
Skilled in building and mentoring high-performing leadership teams; succession planning and organizational development experience is a must.
4. Compliance, Risk, and Quality Management
Deep familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, PCI, GDPR), risk mitigation, and maintaining brand integrity in high-volume operations.
