Hi there.

There are no numbers for there is no oficial registration. The Indian Embassy in Caracas may help you.

Here where I live (Porlamar, Isla Margarita) we have quite a lot of people of indian origin, but 2nd or 3rd generation. They come over from Trinidad and Guyana because life is much cheaper here. There are regular flights and/or ferries going there.
