Warmest coastal weather all year round to live?

Good afternoon,
We need some location HELP as to where we should start searching for affordable 50k accommodations in Coastal Ecuador.
We would like the following:
聲 Weather 70-100 degrees all real round
聲 Population of 100k or less
聲 One level house or condo with 3 bedrooms 2 baths in decent area
聲 Views of beach or active port
聲 able to get to center of a lively town or village by walking 10 minutes
聲 Safe and secure for family
聲 Decent schools from grade one 聳until
聲 Rental potential of the house or condo we purchase

This would really help us narrow down our trip to the area that fits most of our needs.

Thanks for any and all help and direction for our quest of the simple retired life.

With that moniker, it sounds as though you were once from the Florida area?聽 I am from St. Petersburg, Fl and planning on moving to Ecuador within the next few months.聽 I too am looking for a place along or near the coast with warmer climates.聽 I've been investigating several locations, Puerto Cayo, (which is too small), Crucita, Bahia de Caraquez, Canoa, (again small town).聽 I'm also looking for a 2/2 condo at no more than 50K in a nice area.聽 If you hear of anything,please let me know, as I will do likewise.聽

Bahia de Caraquez, hands down... they keep building condos all over there. prices around $1000-$1200 sq meter, so my guess for 2/2 condo 100K. Search on the Internet. or even better, come and see Bahia for yourself.
