Good day,

My name is Andrey. I live with my family in Canada. My wife is from Colombia and we consider relocating there and starting a business.

Just curious - is there any North Americans or Europeans who moved to Colombia (preferably as a family with kids) and established a functioning business?

We have a few ideas and a small passive income in Colombia.

I wonder if there are other like minded families.

Very very few successful businesses owned by expats.聽

Do NOT move here first, then try to open a business.聽 Investigate first for at least 12 months.聽 Verify everything you need from the government and don't trust anyone.聽 Whatever timeframe or costs you are given, double it.
