I-phone help needed in Palomino

anikkurkjian

Hello! Can anyone recommend a person who is good with iPhones in Palomino?

I have the black-screen issue - absolutely nothing I have tried has worked - I have tried EVERYTHING that YouTubers recommends but with no joy :-(

Thank you in advance for your recommendations,

Anik

Feel your pain as I too have suffered the "black screen of death" on my iPhone 11 Pro when traveling but the difference is that I was in a large city (Ibague, Tolima as I recall) so had plenty of options of who could resolve and I am often on the coast (eg Cartagena, Santa Marta, Tayrona, Palomino, Riohacha) and in Palomino you just don't have the cell shops that every other town and larger city has, heck here in Medellin we have the "Opera" in central with literally like 1,000 cell shops so........

..............the best I could suggest is to ask the locals, perhaps in your hotel or hostal, they will know who in town is the go-to person and if not simply take the bus east a bit to Riohacha and there are many shops that can help resolve.

BTW, I am almost embarrassed to admit that my black screen of death on my iPhone 11 was, get this when I had inadvertently turned the "Screen Display" completely dark, and easy fix for a tech who knows the hack to repair this.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much! I laughed out loud when I read your black screen of death diagnosis - I've been there too. What a relief that must have been!

I am actually in Dibulla at the moment so if Riohacha has a better selection I may got there tomorrow before Palomino on Tuesday! Thank you for that insight!

Ironically I was living in Medellin before my jaunt to the coast. I went & got a new battery for my phone & I've had troubles ever since ;-( ........ maybe that's a good thing as a possible simple fix from a job done badly ....... fingers crossed.

Thank you again! I appreciate your insights & the little chuckle :-)
