Rent in Chile

Hello all!
We would like to rent a flat/ caba帽a for 2 people in any part of Chile (better Osorno, Valdivia or Villarica, but consider all) for 3 months. Is it possible to find one for less than 200 000 chilean pesos, todo incluido monthly? Is it always needed to pay deposit? Would be thankful for your advice.

For a cottage in those areas in summer (December-March) the price could be around $300.000-$500.000 because those places are holidays hot spot here so i think that it's a cost that you may consider.

regarding deposit, for a cottage it's not usually to pay a deposit... those place are nicely place to spend your stay here...

Now if you want a cheap place i'm totally sure that in those place you can't finde for below $250.000 per month (a cottage for 4 person)
