Hello everyone,

I like to run in Ibirapuera park and I go swimming at the SESC in Pinheiros a couple of times per week. It gets boring doing these activities alone and I would appreciate a training partner if anyone is interested.

We have a mini run club started... our next event is

I know this message was written awhile ago, but I am curious about how swimming at SESC works.聽 I am starting a new job in a few days that is right by SESC Pinheiros, but I'm not sure how the registration and everything works.聽 Any help would be appreciated!

Hey! I麓m swimming in S茫o Consola莽茫o!
It seemed like a great solution to me, as I didn麓t want classes, I just wanted to swim. You go there any day with your documents - CPF, RG, Carteira de Trabalho and a photo 3X4. You register and get your memeber card. Than you have to come for a dermatologic check - after it you麓re free to start swimming.
I don麓t know how full Pinheiros swimming pool is, but trying different days you麓ll find your perfect alternative!
