I would like to immigrate to Canada and I need to know a few things before KI make a decision. Could anyone answer my questions:
1. How easy is it to get a job related to teaching or assistant professor in Montreal?
2. How much money is usually deducted from the net income of the salary?
3. Is it easy to find a small house to rent in Montreal?
4. Can one do a substantial saving, say to buy a house or car?
5. Is it easy to get a loan to buy a house?

Anyone please help me in making a decision.

1. Not really easy, there are too many people looking after these kind of jobs
2. Depends on your salary. On 60k they deduct about 30%.
3. Yes read bamozir.com/en/mtl-en/recent/primary-needs/placetolive - Rent a house in Montreal - article.
4. Yes you can.
5. Yes if you have couple of years of credit history.
