I am new here in dubai and聽 holding an USA Driving licence,
can any one tell me how can i convert the same or get a UAE license

Not possible unless you have a UAE resident visa.

Translation of your license
Colour copy of your passport and visa

Go along to the RTA with the money and get it done. Takes 20 mins.

My Visa is from Fujairah mediacity and i am living here in dubai.. i need to go Fujairah now to get it converted...

yep....driver's license must be from the same emirate as your residence visa

Its possible to convert Qatar driving license (with gear) to other GCC countries like UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Baharin, Saudi Arabia without roaad test.

Qatar license is an internationa license
