Hello all,
This is my first post here.
At the end of the month i should be in Abu Dhabi to start working for my new company.
First thing witch is very important for me is to find a flat.
My budget is max 7000 AED per month, i hope to use only 6500 per month.
I made a lot o searches on dubizzle and other renting sites. I saw that is possible to find a nice flat with 1 bedroom with all furniture in different town zones at 80000-90000 per year.

My questions are:
1. If i will try to pay at 3 months, this prices will be higher?
2. Do you know some renting agencies or sites which are better then dubizzle?
3. Can you tell me if this budget is enough for one bedroom flat with all necessary appliances and furniture?

This is not first time when i am working in other country, but last time it was very easy to search and find a nice flat.

In my first month company will provide me with accommodation, i hope that in one month i will find something nice for rent.

your not going to get much for 7000 a month thats fully furnished.聽 thats the price for nice unfurnished.

dubizzle is your best bet.聽 remember taht agents usually charge you 5% of annual rent as commission.

rent is usually paid one year in advance or two payments.聽 you may be lucky and find a landlord who accepts 3 or 4 payments but youll have to write post dated cheques.聽 however, if they bounce, its a criminal offence and could get u locked up.

you could opt for furnished serviced apartments who rent on a monthly basis without a committment for one year but these are more expensive at around 10,000 a month.
