Hello -
For the last 20 months or more I have been awaiting my paperwork from a local hospital for placement in their institution. At the very beginning they informed and reassured me they accept the LPN (American) License. As of yesterday, they have rejected all the paperwork I have been working on, now stating that they do not accept the LPN license. Is this true? Are there not any other Practical Nurses out there from abroad who are employed with a hospital??
Any information or advice is greatly appreciated, as I am amazingly disheartened I cannot now, after 20+ months of trying to get over to the UAE,was rejected for a position. Any job leads as well would be greatly welcomed.

The best option for you would be to come over here and look for an assistant nurse job, from there you can book for a MOH exam to get a MOH licence then you can look for a full nursing job...
