Converted to Islam in Saudi and got married to a Christian

gayanibwelgama

Hi

My niece got married to a Sri Lankan Muslim man in Sri Lanka and got converted .
Then to visit holy Mecca with her husband she had to give Shahada in Saudi again.

But unfortunately he wanted to divorce her as she couldn’t bare a child,
Then she went backed to Sri Lanka and she got married to a non Muslim man.

The real question is now her husband got a job in Saudi and she should join him back to Saudi .
Will it be an issue for her if she go back to Saudi with a non Muslim man?

Can someone answer this?I heard Saudi is not apply such rules for foreigners.and now the rules are very different.

Appreciate your response in this

Thank you

If she is Muslim, is forbidden for her to marry a non Muslim man. It's a big sin and she may face issues in future.Â
