The European side has 2 large supermarkets. 1. Cevahir shopping center 2 Forum Istanbul.
Addresses can find it easily.
Cevahir MECİDİYEK脰Y exactly on center.
Istanbul forum in OTOGAR and accessible by subway.
Good Shopping.

Try the Macrocenters. I've been to the locations in Nisantasi and Istinye and found sesame oil, fish sauce, chili paste, coconut milk and some other Asian ingredients.

There's also supposed to be a store in Arnavutk枚y that sometimes has lemongrass, but I don't know where it's located.
