Englishman afraid to rent an apartment in Turkey?

What do you think if foreighners fear to rent an apartment in Antalya for example because of war in Syria, terrorist attacks or rising tensions between Russia and Turkey?
My question originated is because of demand decline for rent apartments by Englishmens or others foreighners. This applies to Russians because of the local currency fall.

just I wanted to say that there are no clients in landlord and therefore the question arises, is it not related to unrest in Turkey.

Yes. The unrest anywhere does affect traffic... local and international. . You are right about that..
Though I would say, it may affect tourism to some extent. . But not any work force at the moment..
