Importing vehicle as Turkish Citizen

From my understanding Turkish citizens who have lived outside of Turkey for more than 2 years can import their personal vehicles without paying customs duty when moving back permanently. Does anyone know how many personal vehicles they can bring and still be exempt from customs duty? Is it one or more?
