well, i will tell u how to do it HERE...take some tomatoes, peel of the skin and cut them into pieces and place them on MY car dashboards. 
and after a while, VOILA!!! ur sun-dried tomatoes are ready!
see its so easy to do that here in saudi arabia, thats y they are not in demand...werever there is scarcity, there is demand (am i right Music man?)
