Hi

I need your opinion/guidance聽 on the job offer i have got. I have been offered Warehouse Manager position on SAR 5000/- PM (Basic Salary) with the following terms.
1. Accommodation (1 person in one Room) /Transportation will be provided by the Employer.
2. Medical Insurance/Airline Tickets will be provided by the Employer.
3. Salary will be increased by 25% of Basic after 06 month.
4. Company will prepare/support to get my family visa, but i will have to pay expenses of visa+Insurance.

please let me to know whether i m offered good salary,. Is it enough salary for 02 adults & a Kid? i am also worried about accommodation cost,聽 what is the yearly cost of Studio / 01 Bed apartment in Al Khobar?

Please also let me know the following cost of facilities.
Internet
TV
Land line Phone
Mobile prepaid (package)
Monthly Electricity Water (average)
Gas Cylinder

Please give your opinion.

5k SAR as basic is good enough only for bachelors.. that is awfully too low if you will bring your wife (not to mention that you have kids)..

Internet - 450 per 3 months
TV - LED tv costs 1k+ SAR buy second hand for cheaper options
Land line Phone - no idea yet
Mobile prepaid (package) - mobily or stc may range from 50 to 100 per load/charge
Monthly Electricity Water (average) - lower than 100 sar per month --nothing to worry about
Gas Cylinder -- no idea but i think it's lower than 100..

if you will work as Manager and is going to bring your wife and kids ask 10k as basic,, no idea how much is schooling for your kids聽 gonna cost you...

Tho some people here can settle for 1.5k sar as basic (bachelor). but still it would be difficult for you to have a decent living with that offer IMO.
