Of course, it always comes down to what standard you need to be happy.  Some people require a lot and some people are happy with less.

Good luck.

Hi PJH,

SABIC is one of the top companies around.
What you have mentioned is typical standard family status contract that SABIC adn its affiliates provide. MEdical insurance is one of the best. I taki it you are from India - If so, free education will be at the Indian Embassy school in Jubail which follows the CBSE standard. Quality of education is not excellent. Also free education only starts from Grade 1 onwards. Prior to that, LKG and UKG also available but ou would have to the fees for that.
Free education means you pay the fees yourself to the school and then request for reimbursement from SAFCO.

Do clarify in detail (in writing) what is the company provided housing (furmished, inclusive of utilities, etc.) 25% housing allowance of 10K PM indicates a 30K PA for housing. For this you will not get a compound. You may find an apartment in Jubail downtown, but will be unfurnished and you would have to furnish it yourself completely including all white goods, hard adn soft furnishings. Furnishing a 2 BR apartment can easily cost 20K plus.

Hope the above is of some help.

PJH
