You need to pay them at least two salaries if they have renewed your iqama.
If not, then only transfer fee will be deducted.
And you need their permission.

Sir my iqama was already renewed before joining this company up to Sep 2022 , so they have paid for me only the transfer charges as I checked with accountant .

I’m afraid if company might send me exit or ask the salaries back

Just ask them.
What is their view on this.
I think you don't have to pay them those salaries.
Ask them and tell them that you want higher salary, and you want to pursue another job.
They can't force you on this one.
But remember, don't misbehave at all.

month ago i just got transferred to new company but now after almost 1.5 month i have new job offer and probation period is for 6 month and he was renewed my iqama only for 3 month in my iqama expiry only 30 day remaining so my question is before accepting job offer should i have terminate or resigned it and than accept the new contract please help me advice on this situation
