Hello, I am in a same process. What I have gathered so far is, it's gonna be a 2-bedroom apartment at very least. The university would have given a housing form along with the contract. You fill out basic information (e.g., family size, kids age, etc.), and then they will evaluate the minimum housing unit that would fit your requirements. It is likely going to be a 2-bedroom apartment in the faculty housing unit called Al Fardaws.

I haven't joined yet but this is my guess work after speaking to people already working at KFUPM.

Kindly do share your joining/settling experience and housing unit you got.

its good as i have seen once , they give furnished housing, depends on your family size, if you are family of 4 (Husband+wife+2 son) then least you will get 2 rooms apartment, if (1daughter+son) then least 3 bedrooms.

it depends on age of kids as well. But dont worry it is always good and after arrival you can do the changes if faces any problems.
