Please read the employment contract by you. I believe you should pay back all expenses your company paid for you.

Yes you can.
The iqama fee and tax is nearly 12 thousands Saudi Rial.
Let's suppose your iqama will expire in 6 months.
And you want to leave now, you will have to pay 6 thousands for that iqama as your company has to pay it for you but for their own benefit.
So, if you can not work for them then they will not let you have free 6 months.
This is the minimum that will happen if you want to terminate the contract.

They are not ready to take aqama fee .i am ready to pay . But my company is not accepting money. So what to do

Beware contract termination and resignation both are different. You can terminate the contract before its expiration subject to one month notice to employer or your employer can terminate the contract.

In this case you only resign with one month notice, upon resignation the iqama fee is deducted on prorata basis by your employer from service benefits.
Iqama renewal is independent either renewed by current employer or the new employer.

If they are not accepting then there is nothing you can do.
