Hi.  I made a carl loan last 2016 and after 5 years,  car was fully paid.  I purchase insurance for the car but after paying the full amount of the car, i need to pay 600 sar for transfer ownership and estimara renewal but I dont have any money left and my iqama got expired november 31,2022 then today just after a month , one guy came and topk my car.

we are all confused because car is fully paid and insurance under my name.
