I took time to do this so listen carefully from a -many-fisthand ExperienceS  in Situation that is typical What you going through Now on recent changes in law
: Say you’re  Loan is paid at 1000 rial month so they probably owe you 5000 on it tomorrow however once you reach 6000 they can pursue new legal and court of law that will make them owe you the whole amount and full payment .
But you are not going to jail , not if you listen and act out .
1.when you owed 6 installments it is the time the trigger collected to seek lawyers , but they won’t  ..not now  they want to keep you at five installments late ..maximum .. they will push for 4 ..

Because they know since 2018 they can not freez your service .. Or have travel ban on you easily ,, they do all in their power to keep it at five payment late ..

How ever if thing went to court, it will be that judge will rule for a monthly payment,,so it is the same why they go over legal hussel with fees and all

Bottom line ,, feed this loan with  money but keep it hungry until u decide that you will fly away and they claim insurance.

Will he be able to go on vacation/final exit without clearing that loan?

thats the rules now , no travel ban , freezed services or jail for unpaid loan

Can you set up direct debit to pay outstanding balance from another country to KSA banks?

Hi, I have unpaid loan of 2,148 and court imposed travel ban on me, I didn’t pay the loan because I was terminated from the company and I took transfer to kafeel and went on vacations for 6 months so what shall I do for it, now, I am ready to pay the loan now but everything is suspended my account, now I am receiving 500 riyals postpaid bill of judicial cost.

so please tell me, case can be removed?
