Hello I have a question I want to take my transfer from my sponsor but because I cannot go directly to the another company that's why I must need to transfer outside sponsor after聽 outside sponsor I will transfer to another company is it possible and if I do this both transferred in 20 days like this means that one from my company the old company I take transfer today and after 20 days from the Kapil I transfer to another company is it possible

Local transfer of sponsorship is not a legal right of foreign expat. It is subject to the discretion of the sponsor (company) and approval of the Saudi authority (i.e. MOI and MOL).

Dear all,

on February /2020, I got one job offer from one company then i have resigned from my current employer .after that new employer聽 sent聽 sponsor request to my current employer and my employer accepted on march /2020. After I have checked in the system of MOL that I have been transferred to the new employer as per moi .

I was asking them new employer to get new iqama or kafalat fees. to complete ..But they delay after one week due to corona virus office has been closed, I can鈥檛 meet with them to complete my files.

today I just checked randomly on MOL to see the status and its showing rejected /there is no new employer name or anything ,my question 鈥�.is !!!!!

1)where it has gone.聽 as before it shows I already transferred to the new employer but now not showing anything why??
2) Is it cancel from any side, if so from which side it has been canceled.

Could you please help me out in this I cannot contact with any of them. office closed ,contact number also closed.
