With out changing profession can you get membership for 3 years

I'm still unclear about registering without diploma process, SCE mentioned this on there website that you can register without diploma, but there is no clear way to do that, extremely unclear as usually processes are in saudia. So does anyway has a clear cut answer how to do it? Because before going to attachment page, you have 3 options -- or yes or no, if you choose yes than you have add diploma details, if no than they say your membership will be temporary and then blocked. So again anyone knows who to get it done without diploma?

Well, I do not see anything unclear on SCE's website. They have clearly stated what's gonna happen if you proceed without a diploma certificate, SCE gives you 3 months period to change your profession. So, that's it. At least, SCE gives you an option to move ahead w/o attested diploma submission for the sake of iqama renewal.

No it is pretty unclear, as they mentioned in the 3rd option that you can register without diploma on the bases of experience letter, put inside you have only 2 options yes/no, as I mentioned earlier. All in all the 3rd option is not clear, they should mention that this will be temporary, so that people dont get false hope, that even after paying a large amount there life will be easier.

That's the most important question for alot of people now. I called SCE, as far as from them you have to change profession no other choice.

Which profession they advise to change..?? Actually I have engineering degree but without attestation and I register in SEC with experience letter but got 3 month temporary membership approval

If you select option no, which as per website if you select no it means you dont have qualification matching your iqama profession, so you have 3 months to change your profession accordingly and resubmit with matching qualification.

If this issue appearing upon selection of yes, than you have 3 months to provide attested degree otherwise your membership will be suspended.

This is my understanding.

Profession as per my company I can change anytime by paying 1000SAR, until and unless have some unpaid dues or some sort of suspension on the iqama.

To change to elecrician general do you need any additional documents

You dont need anything to change to most professions, just need to pay 1000 SAR. For specialised professions need attested related degree. But for iqama renewal for all technicians need attested diploma now.

Also now a new issue has come up. Some subcons are trying to change profession for all there employees to labour. Labour office has ask them to come to the office with explanation why they are doing this. And I have a feeling government wouldn't let this new money go away, they wouldn't let companys change there employees iqama to labour easily.

i got an email for Saudi Council of Engineering as below

"You have been accepted only temporarily due to non-availability of a valid qualification. Your are directed to change your profession within three months. Your temporary membership will be cancelled automatically after the given time limit."

i had submitted experience letter from the office for my profession in order to renew my Iqama. my Iqama got renewed but what next?

so the same problem with me also , in this case we can able to renew iqama for a year?

the main reason when you have a temporary SCE ID even its been a long waiting since 6 months is you didnt follow up in your university ...your university should be response to the email came from SCE to be sure that you are genuine graduate in your school..And try always call to SCE free call center so that youve been always follow up your temporary ID its happen to me  but now solved it i have already permanet ID in SCE

If i didn't renewed SCE membership before its expiry date, does it requires any other process again or anytime can i pay yearly subscription fee and renew account?

Brother Naveed did your problem of sce membership account suspension is solved.will our iqama renewed if the sce account is suspended and  membership validity is there.

my iqama is about to expire,,what happen if I select no qualification only certificate experience?will need to changer my profession>Im
undergraduate , will that enough for if I want a permanent memebership/

For technician membership  you require diploma or any other  2yrs technical certificate from recognised institute.otherwise you will get temporary membership to renew your iqama based on experience.

I am also keen to know about this information. My temporary registration got finished a week ago, in fact, my HR sent profession change request on the first week of October. Unfortunately,  as stated on the MOL website it is still waiting for the internal response, on the other hand, the SCE registration shows "Valid".  No Idea about what to do next
