Hi,
I got my car damage from back side while it was in parking lot. Also I didn't notice the damage until I reached home.
My car is on bank lease and has full insurance. Can I claim this using insurance and what's the process? It's big scratch and little dent in the back bumper only.

Check your insurance policy and how much is the deductible. usually for hit and run the amount is high due to being one of the common claims...for example Alianz insurance has an insane deductible amount of 2500, so it maybe worth while to fix it from your own pocket.
