I came in ksa with free visa. Now i want to change my sponsership.聽 My new company sent the request.聽 My old sponser is in red category.聽 Before the trasfer status showing聽 understudy聽 but now not confirmed. Can anyone explain about this? My iqama will expire on next month. How can i trasfer my sponsership

Can any one make me clear that if understudy showing on MOL, current company should approve first or it will be approved by MOL after certain period of time.

Hello every one from last 86 days I am in sudia my sponsor doesn't issues my iqama and now he told me that transferre your visa to some other company so I make a transfer request now my status in MOL is understudy so what it means it mean my requeste is accepted one another thing my old company is in red rankings so my sponsor told me that there is no need to accept because I have in red聽 ranking.

Please help me in my case though, Actually I am having a transferable visa and I joined a company also they sent request to my sponsor but now I don't want to give transfer to that company because I got an good and valuable offer from other company, However iqama transfer status showing NOT CONFIRMED.
Please let me know what can I do to get rid of that request sent by new company.

Can anyone with similar experience answer me please!Here is my puzzle,i have an issue at hand that is stressing me,my sponsor did not renew my iqama for up to 12 months,salary was pending for 4 months.Then i got a job offer from sponsor B agreed to transfer my sponsorship to him,Now he send a request to transfer my sponsorship but the request聽 displayed on the MOI system Understudy so what can they do to make the request accept the transfer in the MOI聽 system without involving the first sponsor?

Tell to new company聽 hr proceed for next activity. Once your old company hr accept it's clear from one side. Tell to new hr make it faster otherwise after 15days it will expire.

[1]the current sponsor has applied in system its showing understudy [2] I don't want to inform my first company.Why? because my IQAMA IS EXPIRED and there is a PENDING SALARY OF UP TO 4 MONTHS,Hence SAUDI LABOR LAW ALLOWS聽 AN EXPAT.EMPLOYEE TO TRANSFER SPONSORSHIP WITHOUT CONSENT OF HIS SPONSOR.
Now the issue here is the displayed STATUS on the MOI system is聽 UNDERSTUDY where by the new company is telling to tell my old company to accept the request on the MOI Portal.But i聽 don't want to inform them .because they will not accept.

In retrospect to your request with regard to the status on the MOI Portal "Not Confirmed" .Now if your iqama is expired and your former sponsor/company is closed, it was supposed to accept and approve your transfer status automatically.However if it doesn't,聽 wait for some few days聽 then it will change from "Not confirmed" to "Approved" status automatically , if you're patient enough.If you cannot wait there is another option ;- Let the G.R.O of your new company go to the聽 passport office(Jawazat)聽 聽and follow up from there then they will approve it manually from there .

Abukahalid86 : As per the Saudi labour law聽 if your Iqama is expired and your sponsor does not renew it , you can transfer to any other sponsor who may require your services. Based on that聽 if your new sponsor requested then the status on the M.O.I Portal is displaying UNDERSTUDY,and if your聽 iqama remains expired for another three weeks ,it will change to NOT CONFIRMED then later it will be APPROVED automatically or another option is to Let your new company H.R聽 through their G.R.O go to the聽 passport office(Jawazat)聽 聽and follow it up from there then they will approve it manually.

Dear James, your first application status was "under study" , then it's changed to "賱賲 鬲鬲賲 丕賱賲賵丕賮賯丞" means not confirmed then it's changed automatically to "approved" ? Am I right . How long for entire process. How much total amount in your case?

HI , it doesnt Matter just inform your current sponsor which one you want them to approve.
you can recieve multiple offers in qiwa at a time, and if by mistake you approve wrong request ask your Sponsor to reject that request

second thing on left hand side below you will see support box send your request number and iqama number with a message to delete or cancel this request so MOL will update you

no you cant be hire like that, if you are on vacation, and if you think you will not come back and iqama will be expired and then you will come by new sponsor then that's wrong , not arrival from vacation will give you minimum 3 years ban or if company wants you could get life time ban

yeah but if you had your final exit and now in Philippines then sure you can search apply and get hired,
