Ho, are you talking about second hand or less quality product.....that was the usual quality for cheaper product......

Try to look at expatriates.com, you will get loads of second hand laptops, choose as per your needs !!

There is a market in Oliah that sells PCs and laptops cheap.. I think it's your best bet.. it's located behind the Oliah Holiday Inn
