@Princess: Thanks

6000 riyal is too less amount; rather than this what other benefits are given normally?

also international schools usually differ in terms of their salary. So are you referring any particular international school or general overview? Thanks for comments!

It depends on schools, her experience, the level of students that she is handling and also the place. Riyadh school are a bit more better paying than the ones in the eastern province. But that is a general assumption.

She'll be able to earn anything frm 6000 and above if she's here on ur companys iqama. This is in general and nt referring to any particular school.
If she's on her own iqamah ie the international school is bringing her over then sure the salary will go according to her experiences and qualifications.
And yes, schools in Riyadh offer much more than in the eastern province.
Generally working on ur husbands iqamah, you don't receive any benefits whatsoever, other than a discount on your kids school fees (of cause tithe kids would have to attend the same school the mums working at in order for her to get this benefit)
There are a few schools that might offer their teachers (on the husbands iqamah) medical insurance and/or monthly transport allowance - although very few do this.
But as I said, if the schools bringing her over, then no stress, she'll receive her full benefits.
Hope this helps!!
