My new employer is not completing transfer, seems not interested now

Hello dears,

I have got a new offer from a company physical and on qiwa both.

The joining date mentioned was 11th July, 2025, my old employer already released me on the 10th July,

but the new employer delayed the joining until unknown date, even now it's almost 2 months,聽 still the new employer is saying next week he will give final answer,聽 the communication is not clear, it seems like he is reluctant now or he doesn't need me, but yet not saying clearly.

And sadly i have lost my previous job聽馃槥

What can I do? What's the legal way? And can I get any benefit legally?

Hi Suliman,

Yes, the promise given by the employer which is an offer in your case is legally considered as a contract if and only if it states the martial terms and conditions as per Art (43) of Civil law. therefore, and breach of this by whom it鈥檚 issues ( your new employer) shall bear the damages and legal liability raised out of it.
