Is there a possibility that I can transfer easily to another company as my IQAMA has been expired for 3 months?

Could you kindly advise if there is a way to proceed with the transfer process despite the expired status of my Iqama, or if any steps should be taken to resolve the issue before initiating the transfer?

As Long As ur previous Employer did not file any case like Runaway and he did not renew ur iqamanat the same time. ur Transfer to ur new employer will be Smooth and Fast with out any involvement or acceptance of request ofnur previous employer.
