Hello aabidansari92,

Welcome to the forum! I'm not a legal expert, but I can try to provide some general guidance.

In Saudi Arabia, the Labor Law governs employment relationships. According to Article 84 of the Labor Law, an employee is entitled to end-of-service benefits upon termination of their employment contract.

Regarding your situation:

1. *Expired Iqama*: Since your Iqama expired over a month ago, you may need to regularize your residency status before pursuing a case against your former employer.

2. *Sponsorship transfer*: You've transferred your sponsorship, which is a positive step.

3. *Filing a case*: You can file a case against your former employer for end-of-service benefits and pending salaries. It's recommended that you consult with a lawyer specializing in Saudi labor law to guide you through the process.

Regarding the end-of-service benefit calculation:

- The benefit is usually calculated based on the employee's last salary and the number of years of service.

- The calculation may vary depending on the employer's policies and the relevant labor laws.

To proceed, I recommend:

1. Consult with a lawyer to discuss your case and determine the best course of action.

2. Gather all relevant documents, including your employment contract, Iqama, and any correspondence with your former employer.

3. Regularize your residency status, if necessary.

Please keep in mind that this is general advice, and it's essential to consult with a qualified lawyer for specific guidance on your case.

Best regards,

Muhammad
