there is a thing called probationary period that last for 3 months. this will start the day you and your new employer got an official approval from your previous company. you can see at the top right corner on qiwa if its active. therefore, any of you and your new employer ( new establishment) has the right to terminate the contract. you just have to choose the option on why terminating the qiwa contract. so i think that maybe, your new employer chose it and you are still under probationary. If beyond that, then you can ask your employer to pay your remaining month of service to them as per the contract. i hope this helps!

Well I was able to get a little bit of information the response.however the situation was that the new establishment cancelled it immediately within mins or sec. so I never had to go through this prohibition period. Anyways this kaafala system is of a kind. Thank you
