Qiwa request

JKmtr

I have filed resignation after getting a job offer from another company. My iqama validity is one month balance. I didn't receive the qiwa request till and the new employer is not responding correctly even after two weeks of resignation. Just saying under process. What might be the reason. Someone please help me if you have any idea.

Dear JKmtr

there is multiple things,

first new employer is not obliged to send you qiwa request untill they have signed a contract with you, they can change thier mind.

usualy after JOL HR send documents to management approvals which take some time and depends how much notice period you have told them

so can not reply exactly untill full information is provided
