natonality correction

one of my friend were changed their(family's also) changed nationality from Bangladesh to myanmar for getting free iquama.now they applied jawajat to change that and jawajat did that and they get new iquama as Bangladeshi again.but the problem is, when they visit embassy for passport renewal,embassy reject application because Embassy chk natonality in MOL online.How can he update it at MOL ( ministry of labor)?
