need information about Qiwa for Transfer

Dear ,

Kindly help me to sort out my problem . Actually, my one month contract is finish in qiwa on 8 Oct 2023 but there is mention 90 days but i informed them 1 month before and my contract auto renew, i means before15 days of expiry auto renew .so now i want to know that i accept already qiwa request almost 28 days before and give them 1 month Notification period and then 30 Oct i left from there officially and handover accordingly with clearance and join new company on 1 Nov 2023 . today 9 November and my iqama also expired today .  some one told me if iqama expired then  auto accept but its not happen with me .and also i want to share somthing about my last company dont have any issue also to leave me , they also agree but they are very lazy i follow up every day, they said they will Accept but not yet done so kindly tell me after expiry iqama is it possible to auto renew . i am fully confused  .please guide me
