I have a question regarding if a company sponsorship ends and you have a valid iqama can you still stay in the country ? How long for? I heard you have 2 months after your contract end date?

Example below my company has told me 20/10/23 is the end date for the sponsorship and my iqama is valid 17/1/24.

also I filed a case to the HRSD and have a upcoming invitation for a mediation hearing. What happens to the contract end date if there is a case and it drags on? What happens if it drags on past the iqama expiry date ?

my iqama is valid till 17/01/24 do I need to exit the country regardless before this expires?

Bro , I am facing the same issue , As my contract is going to finished by 20th Dec 2023 and聽 am facing some medical issue due to which I need to go on emergency vacation , Now my iqama is valid till march 2024 but company need me to return before Dead line 20th December 2023 .

Need confirmation if聽 I am coming back聽 after 20th December , any problem will I face based on the new Rule?
