How about postpaid plan like mobily. Is it possible not been stop by Saudi immigration even if you have final exit visa?

Your question is not clear . If I get you correctly , you are asking if you will be allowed to exit if you still have ongoing postpaid plan but with an exit visa . The answer is yes . If they have any issues with you , they would not have given you the visa but it would be advisable to clear any bill you have here before leaving as no one knows tomorrow
