Hi. I terminated my contract after mutual agreement with company management (contract remaining 6 months and iqama 4 months). I served my notice period and asked new employer to send transfer request and accepted it after my current contract showed TERMINATED on QIWA. Now the company HR is not approving or rejecting the transfer request. QIWA is showing pending for notice period completion 90 days. My iqama is valid for 100 days.

My transfer requested will be accepted automatically after 90 days probation period completion or still I will need my previous employer's transfer request acceptance on QIWA.
