Absher account for OLD Iqama

Seeking help on recovering an Absher account linked to an old iqama with civil issues. Find solutions for expats in Saudi Arabia facing similar problems.

I went back to saudi arabia with new visa and they give me new iqama, registered to my absher and seems no issue at all. But when I was at the airport for a holiday, they hold me due to my old iqama has civil case. they ask me to login to my old absher to check the issue. but i dont have access to that since it was 3 years ago. Is there a way to recover my absher account, i know my old iqama number with me but i think STC will not accept expired iqama to get a mobile number to use it to recover my old iqama absher account.
