What you are suggesting is absolutely impossible in a country like Oman.

Becuase for all the employers, sans none, to even get a labour / job clearance to hire an expatriate is a complicated and protracted hassle.

Besides no sponsor / employer is legally allowed to grant the expatriate an employment visa and let them roam around scot-free without directly employing the person themselves. It is illegal.

So whatever ideas you had in your mind, drop it. It is better for you to look for some other viable alternative to come to Oman.

Thanks for the reply sir, am getting a job here and dey provide family visa only for my kids and not for my husband, he could not come everytime in visit visa, tats y asked for the employment visa, job and payment is not an issue for us

The only long-term solution for your husband to stay along with you in Oman would be to find himself a job in Oman.

Sir, how the nature of job will be in Oman for males?even if salary is low doesn't matter, ll it be regular office timings or depends on the pay band
