HI everyone,

Expat can buy Apartment / Villa聽 in Oman? if yes what is the procedure ?

Hi mdriyas,

Expatriates are allowed to invest in properties only within the designated ITC's (Integrated Tourism Complexes). Not anywhere else.

The most happening ITC's currently are Al Mouj Muscat, Muscat Hills, and a few more.

Since this topic has been dealt with in great detail elsewhere in the forum (by me as well), I am not going to repeat all of those details for your sake yet again.

Please take some effort to do a site search and locate those threads and get all the information you wold need.
