End service benefits

Hi,


I was working in Oman for a long time. Now I am in India for the past 5 months. The last company I was worked for 2 years contract. I got terminated by issuing a 1 month's notice period. When I left Oman. I was Informed by the company management that my end service benefits ( Gratuity for 2 years and two months of my annual leave salary). but they haven't released this money till now.


I am sending so many emails and messages to the management, but they are not replying.

Can anybody advise Is there any better way to get my money?
