Hey all, soon i am gonna join you in Kuwait...Got offer from one company.....
I am a civil engineer with 10 years of exp
I got offer of 650KD (Seems to be less compared to my Exp...Nego is going on,,,)with only accommodation by company....

Wish if any frnds can put a light on my job offer and advise further.....

Dear All,

Few more details of my Offer of cadre Engineer Gr A to get more feedback....
1. 650 KD basic salary
2. Company is offering shared bachelor Accommodation in Fahaheel area & Food or 100 KD per Month Extra
3. Free transportation To & Fro office
4. To & Fro air tickets per year (30 Days paid leave)
5. No increment or salary hike...but, based on proven performance increment will be considered.

Need help guys to take my final decision...

salaries are difficult to define, only u will be the judge of whether or not that amount is sufficient. it depends on your spending habits, which we have no way of knowing.

I suggest, if you are keen to travel, try it out, all employment contracts have a compulsory probation period of 3-months, during which either party can renege on the contract without notification or reason.

get a feel for the country, your expenditure etc.

otherwise, if you are comfortable in your current setting and averse to change, do not.

in the end, the choice is yours, and yours alone.
