Anything in particular you may want to highlight that people should be careful about the taxi rides?

1.Do not engage conversation with the Cab driver (as ussual,they will ask you,what's your name ? where do you work ? are you married ? ) Typical,so,just tell them your destination (which mostly they will refuse to take you to your Destination) i know,i know...funny sometimes

2.Don't be too nice to them (Best Rule in Jordan,if you are nice,you are weak!)

Grr,.. I hope there are people who also had better experiences!

few taxi drivers are nice (know one "Amo" for the last 2 years now and i will be calling him only whenever i need)
this is why i have trust issues here in Jordan.

Thank heaven I had never an issue when I need a taxi driver. They feel if they want to mess around with me, they will remember for many years 

yes i heard also awful stories about taxi driver in Amman

Terribly bad drivers, do not wear seat belts and do not care if you as a passenger do or not.
